Supply Chain Dependency
A decision framework for mapping the work, control, evidence, and exit costs inherited with critical system dependencies
Cryptographic hash primitives implemented natively in Rust — no FFI, no allocator, no dependency outside the core library — so a consumer inherits the language's safety guarantees instead of an external toolchain's.
Abstract
This site is the working record of a software practice: the systems where reliability, cost, risk, and execution quality decide whether a result holds. It keeps the shipped artifact, the reasoning that produced it, and the failure modes that later corrected that reasoning in the same place, so a decision can be read against its consequence.
The two sections below are self-contained. §1 indexes the case studies as a chronological ledger; §2 lists the articles. Each entry links to its own evidence — repository, package, documentation, or source — so the reasoning can be checked rather than credited.
